Paradise Valley
One of my personal favorite places to work in. This is because there is such a diversity of homes and cooling systems. It keeps us on our toes to say the least. We've serviced homes in Paradise Valley that were built in the 50's, 60's, 70's, you name it. All types of air conditioning systems. Its actually fun for us to see what kind of HVAC system we'll get to repair or replace next! It also allows us to be creative when re-vamping an older type of cooling system, re-designing the system for better efficiency and correcting and comfort issues. Again, Fun!

Where do we start with Phoenix? Definitely a challenging place to work. With homes built in the 1920's all the way up to current day re-models, we've seen it all. Again, we love a challenge, however, The Biltmore and Arcadia areas always have some extra fun for us. While we love solving cooling and heating issues, Phoenix takes the cake!
With careful planning and close attention to detail, we can usually correct the cooling issues you may have with a breeze! Normal maintenance to full ac repairs. Heating, cooling, heat pumps and furnaces. You name it. If its heating and air conditioning for your home, we do it.
Fan Motor replacements.
Your heating and cooling systems has at least two main fan motors. One is the outer fan motor (condenser fan motor) the other is the blower fan motor (recirculates the indoor air).
If you don't have air flow inside, you may have a bad blower fan motor. Shut off the ac unit at the thermostat. Call for a service call. 480-937-8788
Refrigerant leaks
Ever had to add Freon? Does your ac unit seem to be be running longer than it should? You may have a refrigerant leak in your air conditioner. Get your system checked as soon as possible in order to avoid costly repairs due to running it low on refrigerant.
FREON R-22
Due to EPA laws, R-22 Freon will soon be a thing of the past. Since 2014 new home air conditioning systems have used 410A refrigerant. (R-22 replacement)
Monsoon storm damage
Electrical issues can arise after a storm. Blackouts and lightening in the area can cause problems such as power surges that may harm your system. If your ac unit stops cooling after a storm, shut it off at the thermostat and call us for scheduling.
